VAT & TOURIST TAX
The price include VAT (13%).
The price does not include the tourist tax of the Municipality of Baška Voda, which is paid per guest per night at check-in:

1,80 € Adults / 0,90 € Children >12y in period from 1 April to 30 September,

1,00 € Adults /0,50 € Children >12y in all other periods.
RESERVATION POLICY
Reservation confirmation
The reservation will be confirmed after you pay at least 50% of the total booking price in period of 48 hour from your reservation.
Remaining payment
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the Check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation within 48h
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours after paying the booking deposit, and more than 30 days before the check-in date, we will issue a full refund.
Free Cancellation rate (30 days)
If you choose the Free Cancellation rate and cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the Check-in date, we will issue a full refund.
Cost of canceling the reservation
If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours after paying the booking deposit, the following cancellation fees apply:

40% of the total booking price – if cancelled more than 60 days before the check-in date

50% of the total booking price – if cancelled 31–60 days before the check-in date
-
100% of the total booking price – if cancelled within 30 days before the check-in date
Failure to pay
Failure to pay the remaining balance of the total booking price on time will be considered a cancellation of the reservation, and we will proceed in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Check-out: to 10:00 h
Pets not allowed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit
A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival as a damage guarantee and will be collected in cash at check-in.
Return of Security deposit
The security deposit will be returned in full in cash at check-out, provided that no damage to the property or equipment is found during the inspection.
